Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA)
UP RERA is an authorized RERA entity established for execution of provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). It has been established by the appropriate government under Section 20 of the said Act.
How UPRERA Operates?
It operates from two locations in the Uttar Pradesh, Head Office in Lucknow and the Regional Office in Gautam Buddha Nagar.
In these offices, two benches are authorised for resolving disputes amicably.

The first Bench hears listed complaints on Monday in Lucknow and on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The second Bench hears complaints on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Gautam Buddha Nagar and on Friday in Lucknow.

The Authority has launched its website in accordance with Section 34(b) of the RERA Act, 2016.
